About The Opportunity
Responsible for inspection and audits of products to ensure alignment with quality standards. Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
  • Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner using all proper personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
  • Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.
  • Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience Required:

  • 6-month quality experience or equivalent mfg. experience

Education Required:

  • Hight School Diploma or equivalent
