Our team members live that passion every day and have fueled our growth.   The Quality Auditor is critical to ensuring our dealers and product users receive the highest quality pontoon boat that lives up to the Bennington brand. In this role the Quality Auditor will be responsible for performing standard quality audits to ensure safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards are met on every finished boat leaving our facility.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : · Perform final inspections of all finished boats to ensure boats comply to quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards · Complete appropriate documentation showing that the boat was thoroughly inspected and approved prior to being wrapped · Report quality issues/anomalies to supervisors · Gathering data and clearing boats within our tracking system (SPECS) · Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality and communicate appropriately · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE · High level understanding of Bennington boats and models · Proficient working with an iPad · Strong attention to detail and focus on quality · High level of visual awareness · Able to work autonomously and succeed in a fast-paced environment · Excellent organizational skills · Able to analyze and interpret technical information · Able to stand throughout the shift, and bend, crouch or stoop as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation
