Description
The Quality Auditor is responsible for helping to maintain DATAMARK, Inc. Quality standards and policies as per the Project requirements and client expectations. Understand the PLI metrics for Quality and understand its impact on the project. A QA is expected to be proactive and take initiatives to add value to maintain and improve process quality from time to time. Primary Responsibilities: · Understands the process in detail · Learns the Quality standards laid down by the clients/Customer · Learns the audit pattern and meets the daily audit targets · Delivers timely feedback to associates and assists them in improving their quality performance · Updates self on every new process changes and provides timely updates to associates · Analyzes team performance on quality and have action plans ready for execution Minimum Qualifications: · Education Requirement: o High School or equivalent. · Field Experience: o At least 1 year in the project as a biller with a proven performance track record · Position Experience: o At least 1 year in a Quality Auditor position, or similar position · Other Qualifications: o Has completed at least 12 months with DATAMARK o Has completed at least 6 months in the current Process o No Client Escalations in the last 6 months o No behavioral, non-performance, non-adherence to the organization’s policies was reported in the last 6 months · Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. · The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); · The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
