Description
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in telecom network rollout, quality assurance, or remote inspection. Strong knowledge of site implementation standards, telecom infrastructure, and quality auditing. Experience in Remote Support Center (RSC) operations or quality control is an advantage. Fluency in Turkish and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Strong understanding of telecom site implementation and quality control. Ability to identify and resolve quality gaps through investigation and analysis. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordination. Capability to conduct technical and awareness sessions confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and remote collaboration platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to support occasional site visits.
