ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products, processes, and systems adhere to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct audits, identify improvement opportunities, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform regular audits on products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Document and review quality checks performed by both operators and independent audits.
• Identify non-conformities, determine root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of corrective measures.
• Train and support employees in quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement through initiatives such as Kaizen events and waste reduction programs.
