PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To conduct quality control inspection for all inbound / outbound shipments to reduce customer claims.
• To administer part verification ensuring each part is of acceptable quality.
• To conduct various audits i.e. 5S, internal process and put away audits ensuring compliance to quality regulations and standards.
• Prepare non – conformance reports to record findings of inspections, audits or one off instances, ensuring accurate process compliance.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure the process has been rectified within the commitment date.

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Fair understanding of a quality management system.
• Fair communication and decision-making skills.

Expected Educational Qualifications Level (minimum):

• Graduate /undergraduate or vocational level education (any discipline)

Expected Years of Experience (minimum):

• Up to 2 Years experience as quality control/ assurance in logistics or manufacturing firm.

To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality parts and service by inspecting and auditing with process improvement in inbound / outbound shipments.
