Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the Quality and Compliance teams with day-to-day admin and coordination.
  • Managing apprenticeship learner onboarding, paperwork, and compliance checks.
  • Helping with assessments, progress monitoring, and post-programme support.
  • Arranging and minuting meetings, updating records and databases.
  • Conducting compliance reviews and highlighting risks.
  • Producing reports and supporting ad-hoc projects.
  • Leading a small development project as part of your apprenticeship.
  • Supporting learners with special educational needs assessments.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
