JOB SUMMARY - QUALITYCOMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Organization: Access to Healthcare Network (AHN)
Reports to: Statewide Director
Location: Based at AHN (Nevada)
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Supervises: None
AHN is seeking a QualityCompliance Coordinator to support its Ryan White Program, which serves HIV/AIDS patients across Nevada. The coordinator will lead and manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and improving patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or nonprofits
  • Strong skills in data analysis, software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office), and project management
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control policies and CQI activities
  • Conduct audits and prepare for external reviews
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for program improvement
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain compliance with Ryan White guidelines
  • Provide limited patient navigation support (e.g., scheduling, referrals)
  • Generate and present monthly quality reports
  • Train staff on program processes and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including Salesforce

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Support client eligibility processes and appointment coordination
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Engage with community resources and internal AHN programs
  • Perform administrative tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
