WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead operational quality activities across the college, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take timely interventions to drive performance.
• Ensure full compliance with exam board regulations, supporting curriculum teams throughout.
• Lead and oversee internal and external moderation processes.
• Contribute actively to the college’s Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and curriculum teams to enhance student outcomes and the quality of provision.
• Act as a visible, positive ambassador for our inclusive and high-performing college community.
