Responsibilities
  • The key purpose of the role is to develop and maintain internal policies, processes and standards required to operate in accordance with the legislation and company expectations, ensuring in-time execution of quality complaints, customs procedures and being in-line with environmental changes and audits.
  • Leading quality audits, reporting results and taking actions to minimise further issues. – ISO9001 , Packaging Waste, Plastic tax
  • Leading business internal and external compliance and audits reporting results and taking required actions to minimise deviations. Prepare and represent the business for internal and external customs audits.
  • Assure quality of our products and services by managing, investigating, reporting and developing corresponding improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of processes identifying all deviations from Global standards, Company compliance and legislation.
  • Ensure all controls are clearly defined, documented, and implemented effectively.
  • Develop and implement updated customs process where applicable.
  • Provide training and support to staff on customs compliance, creating specific and accurate instructions
  • Ensure compliance with all Customs and Foreign Trade legislation and regulations applicable to the business
