WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Quality & Compliance Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards while supporting initiatives for CMMC and ITAR requirements. You’ll directly manage a team, oversee audits, and champion continuous improvement efforts across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked at a Prime, understands the nuances of compliance in aerospace manufacturing, and is passionate about creating a culture of quality.
