POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Monitoring Officer to oversee and enhance the quality of care delivered across our domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service standards, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
