WHO WE SEEK:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for improving lives through high-quality service delivery. Ideally, you’ll bring direct experience with the RESTART programme, or strong background in Employability services, alongside a solid foundation in quality assurance and contractual compliance.

• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of contractual and regulatory frameworks in employability, welfare-to-work, or education.
• Auditing Experience: Proven track record of conducting detailed audits and compliance checks.
• Organised & Analytical: Able to interpret data, spot trends, and act on them with accuracy.
• Influential & Communicative: Confident in delivering training and securing team buy-in to compliance goals.
• Self-Motivated: Thrives working independently with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong MS Office skills and confidence with data entry, analysis, and reporting tools.
