As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Compliance Officer to join our friendly team and help ensure our products consistently meet the highest regulatory and quality standards across two local manufacturing sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree, HNC or BTEC in Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related subject
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a quality or compliance role
· Familiarity with food supplement manufacturing is an advantage

Responsibilities

· Maintain and support food safety and GMP systems (e.g. SALSA, HACCP, ISO)
· Ensure documentation, SOPs, training records, and equipment calibrations are up to date and accurate
· Participate in internal audits and support external certification inspections
· Prepare and maintain master manufacturing records and batch documentation
· Carry out raw material quality checks and supply chain monitoring
· Review third-party laboratory test results for raw materials and finished products
· Assist in the product release process through batch record and non-conformance review
· Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints and internal quality issues
· Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance standards are met
· Contribute to general health and safety compliance
