ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Quality & Compliance Officer to join our client’s team, supporting all quality, risk, and compliance activities across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing our Quality & Compliance Management System and ensuring we continue to meet key standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, and the Forensic Science Regulator’s Code of Practice.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Manage document control and compliance processes to support accreditations and certifications.
· Administer and maintain the electronic Quality & Compliance Management System.
· Support investigations into complaints, non-conformance, and compliance issues, including root cause analysis.
· Conduct internal audits to support accreditation.
· Collate and analyse data to support reporting, KPIs, and leadership updates.
· Assist with external assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. FMEA).
· Provide administrative support including reports, communications, newsletters, and meeting coordination.
· Build strong working relationships across the business, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
