OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role is instrumental in maintaining SQF certification, driving compliance initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years’ experience in a quality/compliance role within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update SOPs, quality systems, and documentation for traceability.
• Train and guide team members on quality and compliance standards.
