QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduate or High School Equivalency required. Prefer graduation from an accredited or certified advanced training program in secretarial science or related area.
  • 5-7 years advanced secretarial experience.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills - 55 wpm.
  • Must possess computer skills and be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supports OA/CTS Manager and performs a variety of administrative duties for OA/CTS personnel and operations. Also functions as the Quality Control for OA/CTS documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of data
  • Evaluate implementation of quality control system, conduct quality assurance audits, and monitor/record results.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure enrollment files and placer approved placements meet required specifications from Department of Labor and Company standard.
  • Conduct quarterly review of files for data integrity assurance.
  • Perform administrative duties to include typing, filing, dictation, receiving and routing visitors, sorting, and distributing mail, arranging details of meetings, participants, agendas, etc.
  • Draft correspondence and maintain correspondence log, documenting incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Act as liaison between the OA/CTS Manager and other department heads.
  • Oversee OA/CTS reports control activities, ensuring timely submission to Center Director, DOL, and Corporate office.
  • Compile and summarize standard statistical information.
  • Gather materials to copy and sort into training/workshops binders.
  • Proofread written material for accuracy, check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
  • Produce quality work and complete assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.
