JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Control (QC) Administrator and Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the healthcare company maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This position is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, analyzing data, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the quality assurance team in continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in quality control, data analysis, or compliance within a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and healthcare compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides) and quality control software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
