Summary of Position This position is responsible for performing testing of in-process samples and final products in accordance with SOPs and relevant procedures for method development, qualification, validation, method transfer, product release, stability, and process validation and investigations. Essential Functions: Perform quality functions including procedure writing, inspection, and testing. Perform laboratory testing and assays in support of method development, qualification, validation, product release, stability, and process validation and investigations. Qualify and perform maintenance on laboratory equipment. Use creative problem solving to identify, solve, and or/ improve processes. Participate in the design experiments and studies with consultation for desired outcomes. Quality Assurance cross training responsibilities. Qualifications Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Time management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate clearly with employees. Must have experience in technical documentation method. Ability to apply logic, creativity, and scientific thinking in a wide range of practical problems. Demonstrate ownership for the integrity of work. Deadline driven. Able to work efficiently, independently and as part of collaboration or team. Sound problem solving skills.
