Our partner in Birmingham is searching for meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analysts to join their team! This is a fantastic contract opportunity through the end of 2025. As a Quality Control Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of the team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data and setups. This is also a hybrid home/office role! Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing, interpreting, and evaluating discrepancies and inaccuracies in client data and reports.
  • Looking through various sources of information to identify and raise potential solutions to account teams.
  • Keeping all client and account information accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Interpreting plan rules to ensure they comply with plan documents and benefit descriptions.
  • Efficiently handling multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in quality control, auditing, or an analytics role is a must.
  • The ability to work with multiple programs, browser tabs, and screens at the same time. Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Macros) is required, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • A curious mindset and the ability to clearly communicate when something doesn’t look right, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • The ability to follow standard protocols diligently while also being able to adjust priorities and adapt to change.
