JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Gemini Packaging Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures are performed in accordance with our company’s quality standards. This includes inspecting and approving incoming materials, monitoring in-process production, evaluating finished products, and accurately recording inspection results.
You will regularly assess all operational areas to identify any deviations from established standards and promptly report discrepancies to the Chief Chemist. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the laboratory and performing other duties as assigned to support overall quality assurance efforts.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a sharp attention to detail. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer complaints related to product quality, investigate root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective corrective actions.
While the following areas will be a primary focus, your overarching objective is to ensure that any deviation from our quality standards is identified and addressed appropriately.
Hours of Work Afternoon Shift - Mon - Fri - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
