The successful candidate will assist with production inspections, quality checks, documentation, and day-to-day activities of the Quality Department.The role will involve working closely with the production team to ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet the required quality standards, specifications, and company procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Quality Control Engineer in daily quality control and inspection activities.
  • Conduct inspections of materials, components, fabrication, and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
  • Coordinate with the Production Department to address quality issues.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, records, and documentation.
  • Support final inspection and quality clearance of completed products.
  • Verify measurements, dimensions, workmanship, and material quality as required.
  • Assist in monitoring rework and corrective work to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Support the Quality Control Engineer during internal inspections and audits.
  • Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures on the production floor.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality issues.
  • Follow up on pending quality concerns with relevant departments.
  • Promote quality awareness and compliance among production staff.
  • Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Control Engineer or management.
  • Mandatory RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in automotive, fabrication, engineering, metal works, or commercial vehicle body building is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of quality inspection, measurements, drawings, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to identify defects and prepare quality reports.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work on the production floor and factory environment.
  • UAE experience will be an advantage.
