GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead our quality control initiatives while supporting broader operational management. This dual-role position ensures that all manufactured products meet rigorous quality standards and contributes to the efficient functioning of daily operations across departments.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in operations or production management preferred.
• Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues specifically mechanical
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology.
