Description

You will process quality-relevant customer inquiries and tickets, ensuring timely and technically sound processing.
You coordinate the handling of customer inquiries with the relevant internal departments and act as a central interface between customers and internal contacts.
You create, review, and maintain quality-relevant documents, evidence, and information for customers, such as certifications, specifications, standards, and management systems.
You ensure compliance with all quality standards, guidelines and procedures according to the quality management systems.
In this role, you monitor, document, and analyze relevant quality indicators and report deviations and anomalies.
Together with internal and external contacts, you will support quality and food safety audits and participate in the implementation of measures.
Working closely with various departments, you will drive the optimization of quality management processes and quality-related projects.
You will support the maintenance and further development of quality-relevant data, documentation and systems.
