Job Details Job Location: Corporate - CARROLLTON, TX 75006 Position Summary: The Quality Control Associate I (QCAI) plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufactured products. Working under the supervision of the Assistant Quality Control Manager, you'll be responsible for various tasks that keep the production process running and enable final product release. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare documentation and send out daily samples for testing per product specifications. Maintain communication with all third-party labs for ETA or any other inquiries. Review, organize and log retain samples in Deacom. Manage and track all retest sample requests. Manage and track all rush requests. Prepare documentation for Environmental Monitoring program. Maintain the Micro Suitability list and coordinate sample submissions as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of Out of Specification test results. Review and approve Environmental Monitoring data. Other duties as necessary when assigned. Qualifications Essential Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in a technical field desired Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a production, shipping or manufacturing role preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain processes and effectively implement procedures as outlined by SACDMO protocols. Ability to interpret or quickly learn to interpret technical data from testing. Strong understanding of rounding rules and significant figure rules. Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as averages, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to analyze data and solve practical problems. Strong ability to understand, learn, and apply SA CDMO protocols to various situations with training. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet software for data entry, record keeping, and communication.
