We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor to join our team. This role will be critical in maintaining and strengthening our compliance with ISO 9001 standards, as well as ensuring continuous improvement through corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field preferred. (will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven experience managing CAPA processes, issuing CARs, and leading root cause investigations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities and issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis to drive effective problem resolution.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of CAPAs to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Support external audits and customer audits, serving as a key point of contact for auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
• Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and follow-up documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and audit readiness.
