We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing calls, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring our services meet quality and regulatory standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit calls, conversations, and related documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement in communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Quality Control Associate to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality standards and procedures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on auditing methodologies, best practices, and quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of audit findings, feedback sessions, and performance metrics, including non-conformity reports and corrective action plans.
