We are looking for Quality Control Biologics Team Leaders who are proactive, detail-oriented, and strong leaders to join our QC Biologics team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Quality Control (QC) Biologics Team Leader, you will oversee the team of technicians to ensure timely and safe analysis of biological molecules supporting product release and stability. You will play a key role in supporting audits, product launches, and implementing new technologies in the laboratory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the technicians team to ensure timely and safe QC analyses.
• Support audits and product launches by sharing data with authorities.
• Handle actions, deviations, and investigations in collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA).
• Train technicians and support troubleshooting in the laboratory.
• Implement new technologies and act as an expert in the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe working environment and apply the company’s Health and Safety policy.

• Degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in managing a QC lab and leading a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Hability to cope with stress/ pressure.
