Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control on finished product and enters results in ERP and Minitab.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.
  • Accurately document and report test results, maintain detailed laboratory records of raw material and batch testing, and enter data into Chempax (ERP).
  • Investigate and troubleshoot out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare standard and reagent solutions, and ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Support method validation, method development, and process improvement initiatives as required.
  • Achieve established work area cleanliness standards and maintain a high degree of organization in work area(s) including; follow and support 6S program efforts and achieve and strive for highest quality standards in work.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and good laboratory practices (GLP) to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory workflows.
    Qualifications:
    BS/BA in Chemistry or related field
    Minimum of 1–3 years of laboratory experience in a quality control or analytical chemistry environment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    Experience working with standard titration methodology, UV-visible, AA, experience with ICP, HPLC, FTIR, CVS a plus
    Experience with Minitab and test development a plus
