Role and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB * Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away. * Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality) * Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized. * Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary) * Manage damages. * QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers * Attention to detail and able to multitask. * Quality checks all pallets or box orders. * Able to stand for long periods of time. * Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa. * Other Job functions or cross training could apply.
