Our company is seeking a QC Clerk who is responsible for inspecting and sampling production at various stages to ensure products meet SG360°’s quality standards and customer specifications. This role supports quality control efforts by maintaining records, preparing samples, and assisting with shipment processing. This position is 2nd shift, 3:00PM - 11:00PM Key Responsibilities: Inspect in-process and completed orders to verify proper construction, specifications, and overall quality. Sort and prepare customer samples for shipment according to guidelines. Process outbound FedEx shipments promptly and accurately. Manage and maintain organized files of quality press pulls for reference and compliance. Compare finished products against approved samples to identify any errors or defects. Support other quality-related duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or defects in printed materials. Ability to follow visual and written instructions, including quality standards and sample comparisons. Good organizational skills to manage samples and documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality teams. Artistic ability or a strong visual sense is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Understanding of basic printing processes is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods throughout a full shift. Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and different shifts as needed.
