Job Summary Loenbro is in search of a Quality Control Coordinator to be based out of our Cheyenne, WY. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role supports project billing, contract documentation, audits, and close-out processes, while working across departments to maintain document integrity. Essential Job Responsibilities Organize, archive, and manage digital records for designated project locations. Maintain version control and track revisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Assist in developing document control procedures and systems. Project Billing and Support. Compile invoice backup for billing and contract compliance. Support project close-out activities. Resolve documentation issues with Accounting, QC, and Production teams. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. Minimum Qualifications Required: Experience: Previous experience in document control or administrative roles is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe products, and document management platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems and overseeing digital backups is a plus. System Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Work Style: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, under deadlines, and in response to shifting priorities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational capabilities. Problem-Solving: High-level problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze issues and report problems, as necessary. Customer Service: Strong service orientation, able to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including executives, PMs, accounting teams, and clients.
