Who we are looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Employee to join our manufacturing team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our finished products. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and approving products after powder coating and final assembly, ensuring they meet all company and customer specifications. We are looking for someone who can: Inspect powder-coated parts and finished assemblies to verify that all specifications and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to confirm dimensions, tolerances, and coating requirements. Conduct visual inspections, physical testing, and precise measurements. Monitor production processes to ensure consistent adherence to company and customer standards. Approve or reject finished items based on inspection results, maintaining strict product integrity. Accurately complete quality reports, documentation, and inspection logs. Report nonconforming parts, defects, or quality issues to supervisors promptly. Maintain detailed knowledge of products and production requirements. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety compliant. Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient workflow and quality improvement. Adapt to new quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
