Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team and drive quality assurance across our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards, comply with regulations, and align with customer expectations. This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a passion for quality control, process improvement, and problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality Control & Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure product reliability and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and quality processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Testing & Inspection: Conduct product and material testing, analysing data to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement plement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products and processes comply with industry regulations, standards, and customer specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to uphold quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Audits & Reporting: Assist in internal and external audits, maintaining documentation and reporting quality performance metrics.
  • Customer Support: Address customer quality concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
