JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Engineer to oversee and supervise quality assurance activities on our projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects meet the specified quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and comply with local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within engineering firms, preferably with design and supervision projects.
• Knowledge of UAE standards
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and engineering standards
  -Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
  -Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, material submissions, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Monitor and document quality control activities, report non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in quality meetings and assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation.
