As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a key role in resolving quality issues and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Your focus will be on customer-related non-conformities, root cause analysis, and quality culture development.

• Classify and manage NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports), ensuring accountability and timely resolution
• Lead and support structured Root Cause Analyses (e.g., 8D, SGA) internally and with suppliers
• Define, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes
• Promote JBT Marel’s quality standards across departments and supplier networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Escalate critical deviations and contribute to trend analysis and long-term corrective strategies
• Drive a culture of quality through coaching, training, and clear documentation of quality issues
