Location: Fridley, MN
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $28 - $37/hr. – Depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS OF THE QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Knowledgeable in root cause analysis and statistical analysis
• Understanding of process or mechanical engineering
• Strong print reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience in creating, issuing, and completing tasks related to returned materials, customer complaints, and NCRs
• Familiarity with the PPAP process and report writing based on results

• Evaluate the quality control process
• Test products, systems, and procedures
• Create documentation on quality and safety
• Work with production teams and customers to resolve issues
• Perform hands-on work within the QA labs
