EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, or other related engineering fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for ensuring quality control in semiconductor manufacturing processes, managing internal audit activities, managing engineering changes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Manage internal audit system and perform internal & Supplier audit
  • Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
  • Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into the production line with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage quality control for engineering changes in wafer fabrication, including reviewing change requests, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Oversee the quality of incoming raw material through inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with raw material suppliers to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the response to major abnormal events in the wafer fab, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage RMAs and work with customer quality teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
