Description

Carry out basic quality checks on incoming, in-process, and finished IVD products and materials. Check product labeling, packaging, and documents according to approved procedures. Record inspection results and keep quality and inventory records up to date. Identify and separate non-conforming or rejected materials and report to the supervisor. Support investigation activities, corrective actions (CAPA), and batch release tasks as assigned. Assist in receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials and finished goods. Ensure materials are stored under correct conditions, including temperature control when required. Help maintain inventory accuracy, batch/lot traceability, and FIFO/FEFO practices. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with GMP requirements. Follow company SOPs, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements, and support audit activities when needed. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in quality control, warehouse, or regulated industry is an advantage. Basic understanding of quality systems such as ISO 13485 or GMP is preferred (training will be provided). Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately. Basic documentation and record-keeping skills. Comfortable with simple warehouse tasks and inventory handling. Able to handle materials carefully and follow safety and quality requirements. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, Word).
