JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Control & Information Assistant ensures all communications, both internal and external, meet the highest standards of clarity, professionalism, and quality. The role involves managing MD’s information flow, analyzing client/employee interactions, and supporting operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
· Experience in quality control, information management, or client relations.
· Good understanding of IP industry communication standards.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
· High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

· Screen and categorize all incoming emails for urgency and relevance; summarize and report to MD.
· Review and ensure quality and clarity in all outgoing communications.
· Analyze client communications and employee interactions to assess satisfaction and professionalism.
· Coordinate with department managers to relay findings and suggest improvements.
· Draft and support training sessions based on client/employee analysis.
· Identify strategic opportunities, potential branch locations, and new collaborating agents or lawyers.
· Track records of key discussions, action items, and commitments; follow up to ensure completion.
· Provide concise, quality-checked reports and insights directly to MD.
