Please have at least 2 years experience working as a QC inspector within a machine shop on your resume!

• Perform thorough inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate a manual or computerized CMM.
• Follow AS9100 and ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of all inspections.
• Identify and report any deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols (5s)
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conforming products to determine root causes and preventive measures.
