Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Perform product inspections to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
- Maintain documentation of quality tests, reports, and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to production and quality control staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in [Stone Industry].
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Stone industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
