EHC is currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector for a client in the Pearland, TX area.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Entry Level Inspector to join our team. You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months experience
• Knowledge of stainless-steel specifications preferred
• Experience with fittings flanges pipe preferred
• Forklift experience
• Must be able to do simple math
• Ability to interpret technical product specs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (SharePoint a plus)
• Non-climate-controlled facility
• Safety boots and PPE required at all times

• Daily use of Positive Material Identification analyzers both XRF and OES models
• Following the radiation safety requirements for XRF and OES units.
• Daily use and care of measuring equipment consisting of calipers, micrometers, tap measure, height gage and NPT threaded gages
• Daily inspection on inbound and outbound material
• Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
• Participate in routine visual inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to enter data into report
