Alpha Machine LLC is looking for an individual who has previous quality control experience to add to our team. Standard work hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. (Weekly / Saturday overtime as needed).

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 – years prior experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
Possess basic computer skills.
Experience inspecting individual parts.
Capable of inspecting tight tolerances.
Able to use Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauge, Pin gauges, Plug and Ring Gauges, Indicators, Gauge Blocks, Bore gauge and miscellaneous machine shop inspection equipment.
Experience with Hexagon CMM and Keyence optical inspection equipment preferred.
Experience performing First Article, in process, and final inspection.
Maintain quality control inspection tools.
Complete all required quality inspections by following inspection instructions and/or product drawings.
Improve quality control operating procedures.
Ensure all quality inspection records are completed.
Maintain records of inspections and inspection results.
ISO9001/AS9100/9110 (First Article Inspection) experience.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple duties.
Prior machine shop inspection experience required.

Maintain the Quality Control Department as required.
Ensure 100% quality of all parts, from the first part to the delivery to the customer.
Maintain calibration records on all measurement tools company wide.
Conduct work duties in a professional manner.
