QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E Mechanical – Mandatory).
NDT Level 2 Certificate (UT, MT, PT, RT – at least two methods).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fabrication quality inspection.
Good knowledge of welding standards, fabrication codes, and QA/QC practices.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector with strong experience in fabrication and certified expertise in NDT Level 2. The candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, monitor fabrication activities, and verify materials and workmanship according to project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct inspection and testing of fabricated components to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Perform NDT Level 2 (UT, MT, PT, RT) inspections as required.
Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Monitor welding, cutting, and assembly processes to ensure quality adherence.
Identify and report non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures, project specifications, and international standards.
Support preparation for client/third-party inspections and audits.
