Role OverviewThe Quality Control Inspector will perform mechanical product inspections, including visual and dimensional inspections of parts, assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring compliance with design and manufacturing requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and understand technical drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies and subassemblies.
• Use appropriate monitoring and measuring equipment to verify product requirements.
• Verify completeness of manufacturing/inspection operations and maintain accurate records.
• Complete and maintain inspection records, inspection logs and calibration records.
• Identify defects and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when products do not meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams on RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Support a strong quality culture within the facility.
• Work with quality management systems and databases such as SAP, Oracle, Agility, etc.
• Participate in quality audits, Material Review Boards (MRBs), Kaizens and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• May be required to program or calibrate inspection equipment.

• Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-Years of experience: 5 Years of Mechanical QC Experience
• Field of experience: Mechanical Quality Control, Electrical QC / ESD experience a plus
• Technical Skills: interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures; and use monitoring and measuring equipment needed to verify requirements.
• Soft Skills: Communication, works well with others, Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): SAP, Outlook, Excel
• Education Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years related experience
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oilfield Services & Equipment
