Quality Control Inspector Application Deadline: 30 June 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $30.98 / hour Description Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles Experience supporting Government operations or high‑volume documentation environments Key Responsibilities Verify compliance with work standards, SOPs, Requirements of the Government (ROH), and related contractual documents. Monitor and assess accuracy and timeliness of work performed. Screen documents for correctness, identify errors, and determine when corrective action is necessary. Maintain logs and conduct random sampling to evaluate efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processes. Identify factors that may invalidate samples and investigate complaints. Review violations reported by personnel and prepare written findings and recommended actions. Recommend improvements that enhance contract performance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong understanding of quality control principles and process evaluation. Ability to perform detailed document reviews with accuracy and consistency. Capability to identify operational issues and recommend corrective measures. Effective communication skills to prepare clear, concise reports. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across functional areas.
