Quality Control Inspector | $19.50 – $20.00 per hour | 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Direct Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a leading manufacturer in custom engineered materials as a Quality Control Inspector, supporting quality assurance processes in a production environment. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist the Quality Engineer in inspecting parts and ensuring products meet all quality standards before shipment or production. You’ll use precision measuring tools, complete inspection reports, and communicate findings to the production team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within the quality field.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred
• 1–3 years of quality control or inspection experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical measurements and inspection tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Tow motor experience with ability to complete certification training

• Inspect parts and products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Approve or reject materials based on quality standards
• Complete and maintain accurate inspection reports
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
