JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team reporting to the Director of Quality. The QC Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that our tire tread measurement products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to work collaboratively within a manufacturing environment. The QC Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing audits, and maintaining quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
• Run operational testing of software, verify outputs against defined benchmarks
• Document inspection results and report anomalies to QC Director, Engineering and Production teams
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues and improve product performance
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and recommend corrective actions
• Support internal quality audits and assist with standards compliance documentation
• Maintain all testing equipment and ensure calibration schedules are followed
• Assist in training production staff on quality protocols and product specifications
• Support 5S Audits of Quality and Production areas
