JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team in a press factory environment. This role involves inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is Preferred
• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection is preferred but NOT required.
• Ability to complete Required paperwork
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a factory environment.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Measure and verify product dimensions using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in materials or finished products and report findings.
• Document inspection results and quality data accurately.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
